In Lynchburg, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Virginia vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Made my appointment for 10 am on the 20th of April for front and rear alignment. I get there and ask if they also had time for inspection as well. Had my car in right away and had it inspected and wheels aligned in about hour. The quote on the phone was the exact price I paid. This is now the only place I will go for alignments. 100% recommended. Also waiting area and bathroom were very clean.

They've done 2 of my vehicles now. Both times were easy to schedule, they were professional and got my vehicle straight. I would recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!’ My car was brought over by another company for a wheel alignment and when Phillip was done he did NOT lock my car or put my car up. Which resulted into it being STOLEN!! When questioned the shop he told me he was not at fault for my car being stole while on his property. His property does not have any cameras and he doesn’t not do enough to protect our car. No cameras or no fence around the cars in 2026 in insane!! Once he is done working on a car he doesn’t care about the car anymore, just the money. Please DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

This was the only shop between Lynchburg and Roanoke that could align my old 1974 F-100. Since the camber adjustment requires bending the I-beams, most places won’t touch it—but Phillips still has the tools and the know-how. They did excellent work at a fair price, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
